Larry Aller leads BlueWave’s Strategy and New Markets work. He is an experienced cleantech executive with background building high-growth enterprises and developing and implementing strategy and investments. Prior to joining BlueWave, Larry spent over five years at Next Step Living in senior business development and strategy roles where he helped the company grow from $1M in revenue to over $100M. At Next Step Living, Larry led the development of the company’s community solar offering and oversaw sales and marketing, customer experience, new service development and policy and regulatory affairs efforts at the state level and federally. Before Next Step Living, Larry was a manager at Bain & Company where he led engagements with multi-billion dollar clients in technology hardware, software, and private equity diligence.
He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from MIT and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Larry is a runner, Ironman triathlete, and has led several fundraising initiatives for cancer research.

Tom started his career in software development at Goldman Sachs, then moved to EnerNOC where he founded the Network Operations Center held IT leadership positions. Tom received his B.A. in Computer Science and Economics from Cornell University and his SM in Management from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

As BlueWave’s CTO, Arash supervises BlueWave’s overall technology infrastructure and is responsible for developing technical aspects of company strategy in alignment with BlueWave’s overall business goals. Arash comes to BlueWave via Spruce Finance, a California based Solar and Energy Efficiency Fintech Company, where he served various roles over the course of his nine-year tenure, including CTO. Chief among his achievements at Spruce was developing and implementing a platform that allowed the company to finance over a billion dollars in solar and energy efficiency loans, PPAs, and PACE assessments.
Prior to his time at Spruce, Arash held technology-related positions at Wikimedia Foundation and Genentech. Arash attended the University of California at Davis and Diablo Valley College.

Wayne is responsible for all BlueWave Solar project finance activities, including the raising of development and construction finance and ultimately the sale of our projects to long term investors. Wayne is also responsible for the BlueWave South Africa solar development business.
Wayne brings over 15 years of experience spanning mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, corporate strategy, solar development, and project finance to BlueWave. He joined BlueWave in 2014 from London-based merchant bank Close Brothers Group PLC where he worked on corporate M&A and group strategy. Prior to that, he worked in the financial services M&A team at Hawkpoint, a London-based independent corporate finance advisory firm, and with Deloitte in Cape Town, New York, and Sydney.
Wayne graduated from the University of Cape Town with a Bachelor of Business Science with Honours in Finance and later qualified as a Chartered Accountant and CFA® Charterholder.

John DeVillars is a clean energy and environmental professional with substantial leadership experience in both the public and private sectors.
For the 2016-2017 academic year, in addition to exercising his responsibilities on behalf of BlueWave, Mr. DeVillars is serving as a Senior Fellow at Harvard University’s Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Government. As a senior fellow at the Center, he will focus on the role of public utilities in meeting the climate change challenge. His faculty sponsor is Professor William Hogan, Raymond Plank Professor of Global Energy Policy and the Harvard Electricity Policy Group (HEPG) Research Director.
Mr. DeVillars’ public service career includes service as Secretary of the Environment for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Chair of the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority, and Chief of Operations for Governor Michael Dukakis. In 1993 he was appointed New England Administrator of the United States Environmental Protection Agency by President Bill Clinton, a post he served in until 2000. He has received numerous awards for his environmental service, including the President's Award of the Nature Conservancy, given annually for national leadership in environmental affairs.
His private sector career includes founding and leading the Environmental Management practice for the national accounting firm Coopers and Lybrand (PWC); serving as Executive Vice President of Brownfields Recovery Corporation, a brownfields real estate investment and development company with assets in Massachusetts and the U.S. Virgin Islands; and as Lecturer on Environmental Leadership at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Mr. DeVillars serves on numerous public and private company and non‐profit boards including as a member of the Executive Committee of the New England Clean Energy Council; Chair of the Advisory Board of the Acadia Center, a leading research and advocacy group on the forefront of efforts to combat global climate change, and Director of the Massachusetts Environmental Trust. In 2012 he was appointed by the United States EPA Administrator to serve on the agency’s National Advisory Council on Environmental Policy and Technology.
Mr. DeVillars earned his MPA degree from Harvard University and his BA from the University of Pennsylvania.

Alexi brings over 15 years of capital markets, risk management and finance experience to the BlueWave team. As the Managing Director of Capital Markets & Credit, Alexi leads BlueWave’s consumer solar finance business. Prior to BlueWave, Alexi was Principal at Admirals Bank where he was responsible for leading, growing, and managing numerous loan origination, acquisition and asset management businesses. Alexi has also held senior positions at Lehman Brothers Bank, Capital Crossing Servicing Company, and Capital Crossing Bank where he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting and pricing secondary market loan acquisition opportunities as well as the post-acquisition portfolio management.
Alexi has a BA in Psychology with a concentration in Economics from Williams College. He is formally credit trained and has a certification in Real Estate Finance from Boston University.

As Lead Counsel & Compliance Officer at BlueWave, Lynda advises the company on a broad range of legal issues with a particular focus on compliance, regulatory, and commercial matters. She brings to BlueWave a depth of knowledge in the areas of consumer protection and regulatory law.
Prior to joining BlueWave, Lynda was an Assistant Attorney General with the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office, where she led investigations of unfair and deceptive practices and false claims act violations, as well as handled proceedings before the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities.
Lynda received a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, a M.A. from Stanford University, and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law. She is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US).

Elizabeth (Betsy) Glynn is the Managing Director of Community Solar Business Development at BlueWave Solar, working to establish partnerships that help more residents, businesses and public institutions save money and take part in the energy revolution.
Based in Boston, Betsy has spent most of her career working with multifamily building owners to implement energy efficiency and water conservation measures, healthy housing practices and renewable power installations to benefit low- and moderate-income communities. She was an appointed member of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Energy Efficiency Advisory Council (2014-2017), served as a member of the steering committee of the Network for Energy, Water and Health in Affordable Buildings (NEWHAB; 2015-2017), co-chaired the BuildingEnergy Boston conference (2017-2018) and currently sits on the board of directors of the Northeast Sustainable Energy Association (NESEA).
Betsy holds a master’s degree in Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning from Tufts University and a bachelor’s degree in Geosciences from Franklin & Marshall College.

Chris Gosline leads operations and product development for the company’s Community Solar and Home Solar Loan products. In this role, Mr. Gosline has led the build-out and expansion of these products across Massachusetts and the Southeastern U.S.
Mr. Gosline comes from EnerNOC, a leading provider of energy intelligence software (EIS), where he rose through EnerNOC’s operations organization, leading large teams, driving global expansion, and delivering on aggressive operational goals. Most recently, he led the Operations department, building out a 200 member team providing project management, engineering, environmental permitting, and customer support throughout Europe, UK, Asia-Pac, and the Americas. Prior to EnerNOC, Mr. Gosline worked in software engineering roles at several large multinational energy firms.
Mr. Gosline holds an MA in Energy Policy from the University of New Hampshire and a BA in Geography from the University of Vermont. He is also an Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and Certified Energy Auditor (CEA).

Eric Graber-Lopez is deeply involved in all aspects of BlueWave's development activities with leadership responsibilities for project financing. He and Mr. DeVillars joined forces to launch BlueWave’s solar development activities.
Prior to joining BlueWave, Mr. Graber-Lopez served as Vice President and Senior Equity Analyst on the Specialty Equity Growth Team at Putnam Investments, where he helped manage $8 billion in U.S. mid- and large-cap growth equity portfolios. At Putnam, he focused on the energy, alternative energy, materials, and utilities sectors and was responsible for his team's investments in those sectors in both public and private markets. Mr. Graber-Lopez started as a Senior Equity Analyst within Putnam's Global Equity Research Group and was a member of the Natural Resources and Utilities fund teams. During his years on the sell-side, Mr. Graber-Lopez focused on the Energy and Utilities industries and was ranked by several leading industry surveys as being among the top analysts in his field. Mr. Graber-Lopez has extensive experience in firm valuation, mergers and acquisitions advisory services, private equity transactions, and portfolio management.

Prior to BlueWave, John served as Founder and former President, EcoBilt Energy Systems, where he oversaw merger that led to the creation of Alder Energy, a leading designer, engineer and installer of solar PV systems in the Southeastern US.

As Chief Executive Officer of BlueWave, Trevor leads all aspects of the company’s finance, operations, and expansion activity. Trevor joined BlueWave as a founding executive in early 2012 and helped grow the company into one of the most respected solar developers and community solar service providers in New England. During his tenure at BlueWave, Trevor has played an integral role in driving growth and expansion to a national platform focused on community solar customer management and client services.
Prior to joining BlueWave, Trevor was a Senior Director of Acquisitions and Development at Tishman Speyer, one of the largest and most respected real estate companies in the world. As a real estate private equity professional, he gained extensive expertise in acquisitions, development, financing and asset management. He was also the Regional Finance Director of the Boston region and was intimately involved in all aspects of Tishman Speyer’s regional business.
Born in South Africa, Trevor was a Skye Foundation Fellow and also awarded a Fulbright scholarship to study at MIT, where he completed MS degrees in both Design Technology and Real Estate Development. He also holds a Bachelor of Building Arts and a Bachelor of Architecture from the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University.

Diane brings to BlueWave extensive experience in energy markets, capital markets, and project finance. Prior to her role at BlueWave, Diane’s experience includes 10 years of principal investing, structuring, and trading generation assets in North America. At BlueWave, Diane raised $112M of development, construction, and permanent debt, closed on $82M of equity, awarded $18M of 1603 cash grants, hedged $15M of SREC revenues and $3M of interest rate swaps for the solar project development business.
Diane received her B.A. in Economics from Claremont McKenna College.

Neal leads BlueWave's finance and administrative functions, as well as legal, human resources, and facilities. He is a financial industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience managing and growing early stage companies, providing strategic financial planning, global cash management as well as debt and equity financings in the technology and cleantech industries. His diverse background blends public company experience with the high-growth, fast-paced environment of early-stage companies. Previous CFO roles include XL Hybrids, Open Blue, Ze-gen, EnerNOC (NASD: ENOC), Ucentric Systems; and founder, CFO and director of Cignal Global Communications. The Association for Corporate Growth Boston (ACG) and Mass High Tech named EnerNOC the 2007 Top IPO in New England.
Neal has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Massachusetts and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Mike Marsch is a Principal at BlueWave and a member of BlueWave’s executive and investment committees. Since joining BlueWave in June 2013, he has grown and managed the firm’s Development and Construction group, led the development of projects in excess of 50 MW, including over 25 MW for which he was the senior project manager with direct P&L responsibility, and played a key role in the development and financing of two early Massachusetts community solar projects. Prior to joining BlueWave, Mr. Marsch focused on real estate in his native Southern California, most recently as principal of Beckett Holdings, a firm he founded while in business school to capitalize on development opportunities in the multifamily sector. Earlier in his career, Mr. Marsch was a Development Associate with The Ratkovich Company, a highly respected Los Angeles‐area developer, and was intimately involved in the acquisition, development and management of over $500 million of residential opportunities with Briarwood Capital, a San Diego developer with over $1 billion of completed projects and a focus on master‐planned golf communities.
Mr. Marsch holds a BA from the University of Southern California and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, where he was named the John S. Long Outstanding Student in Real Estate. He is passionate about environmental sustainability and in addition to advancing the deployment of clean energy through BlueWave is an active volunteer with organizations seeking to reduce human impact on the world’s oceans.

Reg currently leads the Business Operations Team at BlueWave, spanning across both our community solar and solar financing businesses. He brings over five years of experience to this position including work as a project manager developing two large scale solar PV projects in MA. Prior to serving as Managing Director of Business Operations, Reg was a Senior Director on BlueWave’s Site Acquisition Team.
Reg received a BS in Electrical Engineering from Trinity College and earned his MS in Innovation and Technology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI).

Mark Sylvia joined BlueWave as a Managing Director in January 2015 to help the company expand its solar development portfolio nationally and internationally. He was initially responsible for Business Development activities and now serves as Chief of Staff. As Chief of Staff, Mark oversees the Civic Engagement, People and Marketing teams and is responsible for corporate administration. He participates on the Northeast Clean Energy Council’s Policy Committee and Solar Working Group and serves on the New York Solar Energy Industry Association’s (NYSEIA) Board of Directors. Mark is also a board member and President of the Solar Energy Business Association of New England (SEBANE). He also represents BlueWave on the Coalition for Community Solar Access (CCSA) leadership committee.
Mark previously served as a senior energy official in the Administration of former Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick, having served as the first Green Communities Division Director as well as Department of Energy Resources Commissioner and as Undersecretary for Energy. He and his team implemented nation-leading policies, leading to the number-one ranking in energy efficiency four years in a row and surpassed the Governor’s ambitious goal of developing 250 megawatts of solar energy by 2017 four years early. Under Mark’s leadership, DOER launched innovative programs to support energy resiliency, electric vehicle adoption, building labeling and renewable thermal technologies. Also during his tenure, 155 cities and towns were designated as Green Communities, a first in the nation local clean energy initiative, representing more than half of the Commonwealth’s population. Also during his tenure, he chaired the Energy Facilities Sighting Board and served on the National Association of State Energy Officials (NASEO), Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) and Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (MassCEC) boards.
Mark also spent 11 years in municipal government including as Town Manager for the Town of Plymouth from 2005 to 2009.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s degree in public administration from the American University in Washington D.C. Mark lives with his wife, Veronique, and children, Mitchell and Scarlett, in his hometown of Fairhaven where he serves as the elected Town Moderator and serves on various local boards.

Pauliina is a non-resident Senior Fellow with the Institute for Sustainable Energy at Boston University. She serves on the board of New England Women in Energy and the Environment (NEWIEE) and on the Energy Advisory Committee for the city of Newburyport. Pauliina is a CFA® charterholder and holds Series 7 General Securities and Series 63 State Securities licenses.
